Topps Chrome Football 2026: Nov 18 Drop Radar
Sports Drop Radar · Nov 9–25, 2026
Topps Chrome Football 2026 hits hobby shelves on November 18. Topps’ own Hobby box pre-order lists it at $439.99 for 20 packs and one autograph. Five days earlier, on November 13, 2026 Topps Midnight Football arrives at $539.99 with three Chrome autographs per box. Counted per guaranteed signature, Midnight works out to about $180 and Chrome Hobby to the full $439.99. But the cheapest autograph isn’t the same thing as the rookie-card chase, and that’s the choice this month’s football boxes put in front of you.
This radar picks up after our November sports card drops post, which covers Cosmic Chrome, Flagship Basketball and Inception Football from November 4–12. If you missed October, the late October sports card drops radar explains why Topps now holds the NFL license. Every date below comes from a manufacturer page or at least two hobby calendars. November 18: Topps Chrome Football 2026
2026 Topps Chrome Football
Topps’ Chrome Football page and its Value Box listing put retail and hobby on November 18. The Value box is $44.99 for 7 packs of 4 with Red, White & Blue Refractors. The Hobby pre-order on Topps’ launch site lists $439.99 for 20 packs of 4 and one autograph per box, with a 12-box case at $5,279.99. First Day Issue boxes come first, on November 13, and the Mega box follows on December 2.
Checklist Insider calls this year two of the rebooted, fully NFL-licensed Chrome brand. The 2025 edition didn’t arrive until April 15, 2026 (Checklist Insider). The checklist has 300 veterans and 100 rookies, led by Fernando Mendoza, Jeremiyah Love, Carnell Tate, Jordyn Tyson and Caleb Downs. New inserts include Glass Canvas, Madden 99 Club and Super Bowl at Night. Gold Shield autographs are 1/1s of the 2025 award winners, including MVP Matthew Stafford. Checklist Insider lists the Jumbo box at $789.99 for 12 packs of 11 and two autographs, and the Prism Refractor parallel as Hobby-only. Pack odds weren’t published as of October 30.
Why it matters: Chrome is the set most collectors use to judge a rookie class. Mendoza, Love and Tate already have rookie cards in October’s Topps Heritage Football, so Chrome won’t be their first Topps NFL card. If you want the rookie base cards and numbered refractors, Chrome is the box. If you just want autographs, read the Midnight card below before you buy.

November 13: Midnight Football returns, now licensed
2026 Topps Midnight Football
Topps’ Midnight Football page says “Available November 13.” The Hobby pre-order lists $539.99 for one 7-card pack with three Chrome autographs, and an 8-box case at $4,319.99. Midnight skipped 2025 and returns with full NFL licensing. Checklist Insider notes the unlicensed 2024 debut also had three autographs per box at an initial Hobby price of $249.99 (Checklist Insider).
The base set is 100 cards with 37 rookies. Base autograph parallels run from Morning /125 down to Black Light 1/1. New for football are Dark Matter, Midnight Oil Marks, Moonlit Materials Signatures and REM Relic Autographs. Celestial Roots, Dream Land, Twilight and the new Night Night are the case hits. Topps posted the full checklist PDF.
Why it matters: At $539.99 for three guaranteed autographs, Midnight is the cheapest guaranteed autograph of the three Topps football boxes here, about $180 a signature at presale. You’re paying for a guaranteed autograph, not for Chrome rookie cards.

Cost per guaranteed autograph at Topps presale
First Day Issue boxes show what early access is costing. Checklist Insider reports that the Chrome FDI Jumbo Dutch auction opened at $3,500 and sold out at $2,500. The Midnight FDI auction opened at $2,000 and sold out at $1,000. Those are Topps’ own release prices, not resale. Resale prices after release can differ from all of these numbers.
“You’re paying for a guaranteed autograph, not for Chrome rookie cards.”

2026 Topps Museum Collection Baseball
Topps’ Museum Collection hobby box page now confirms November 11, after the release moved off its early-October slot. Each box is one 8-card pack with an on-card autograph, an autograph relic and a relic, plus a 100-card base set, Museum Framed Autographs and Atelier Autographed Books. Topps lists Hobby boxes and cases as sold out.
Why it matters: If you missed the Topps presale, you’re buying on the secondary market. Check recent sold listings before you pay a release-week ask.

2026 Panini Crown Royale WNBA
Panini’s Crown Royale WNBA hobby page calls this the first WNBA Crown Royale. Each box is one 8-card pack averaging 2 autographs, 1 memorabilia card, 1 insert or insert parallel, 2 base parallels and 2 base cards, and a case holds 16 boxes. Blank Slate and Crown Jewels are the SP inserts. Panini’s page still says “Coming Soon” without a date or price. The November 18 date comes from Checklist Insider and hobby calendars.
Why it matters: The autographs are averages, not guarantees, so open any single box expecting variance.

2026-27 Upper Deck Black Diamond Hockey
Distributor Southern Hobby’s Black Diamond listing shows a November 25 release. Each box is one 6-card pack with, on average, 1 autograph or Diamond Relic, 1 numbered base or base parallel, 1 numbered Exquisite Collection card and 3 insert, tech or non-Exquisite memorabilia cards. The base set is 95 cards, and a case holds 10 boxes. Upper Deck hasn’t posted a 2026-27 Black Diamond page yet, and the product is restricted to brick-and-mortar shops.
Why it matters: It’s the first premium hockey box for this NHL rookie class. Buy it from your local card shop, not online.
Watch list: presales and moving dates
- 2026 Topps Stadium Club Football: presales open November 9 on Topps’ release calendar. Checklist Insider says it’s the first Stadium Club NFL release since 2008. Configuration, price and street date are still unannounced.
- 2026-27 Topps Hoops Basketball: pre-orders open November 10 on Topps’ calendar. Release details aren’t out yet.
- Panini National Treasures Road to FIFA World Cup 26: earlier calendars listed November 4. The current Chicagoland Sports Cards calendar shows November 25. Check before you pre-pay.
- Topps calendar extras: Allen & Ginter X Baseball (Nov 11), Royalty Tennis and Royalty UFC (Nov 13), Triumphant Tennis (Nov 17), Pro Debut Baseball (Nov 18) and Gilded Collection Baseball (Nov 25).
Bottom line
Decide what you’re buying before November 13. If you want guaranteed autographs at the lowest cost per signature, Midnight is the box. If you want this rookie class in Chrome, with base rookies and refractors you can grade or trade, Chrome Hobby or Jumbo on November 18 is the box. If you want early access, the First Day Issue prices above tell you what it costs. Don’t pay a pre-release resale ask until Topps posts odds and real sales come in.
