November Sports Card Drops: Flagship Hoops Week
Sports Drop Radar · Nov 4–12, 2026
The November sports card drops open with three premium boxes in three days: 2026 Topps Cosmic Chrome Baseball on November 4, 2026-27 Topps Flagship Basketball on November 5 and 2026 Topps Inception Football on November 6. The one to plan around is Flagship Basketball, which carries the first official rookie cards of AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and Cameron Boozer. Know what each box promises before you pay. A Flagship Hobby box guarantees one autograph or relic, so your one hit can be a jersey card. The Jumbo box guarantees one autograph and one relic. Checklist Insider lists Topps’ presale at $169.99 for Hobby and $339.99 for Jumbo, exactly double.
This radar picks up where our late October sports card drops left off. Donruss Football, Stature Hockey and Crown Royale NWSL on October 28 and Bowman U Best on October 30 are covered there. Every date below comes from a manufacturer page or at least two hobby calendars. For the full list of what’s coming across sports and TCGs, start at the Upcoming Drops hub.

November 5: Flagship Basketball and the Hobby vs. Jumbo choice
2026-27 Topps Flagship Basketball
Topps’ Flagship Basketball hobby box page lists a November 5 release day, 20 packs of 12 cards and one autograph or relic card per box. Earlier calendars had it in late October. The 300-card base set carries the first official rookie cards of AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, Caleb Wilson and Keaton Wagler, plus the first LeBron James Sixers and Giannis Antetokounmpo Heat cards. New this year are Clear Variations, the return of the 1981-82 Topps design, Bounce inserts and the first Gold 1/1 All Kings cards in Topps Basketball.
The formats differ in what they guarantee. Hobby is one autograph or relic per box. Jumbo is 10 packs of 28 cards with one autograph and one relic. The Value box (6 packs of 12) shares the November 5 date, and the Mega box (12 packs of 15) follows on November 12 with “look for” hits only. Checklist Insider lists Topps’ presale at $169.99 for Hobby, $339.99 for Jumbo, $59.99 for Mega and $29.99 for Value, and notes last season’s Hobby was $109.99 at presale (Checklist Insider). Topps’ store shows Hobby and Jumbo as sold out.
Why it matters: If an autograph from this rookie class is the reason you’re buying, Jumbo is the only Flagship box that guarantees one. Hobby is the better fit for set builders and anyone chasing Hobby-only variations.

“If an autograph from this rookie class is the reason you’re buying, Jumbo is the only Flagship box that guarantees one.”
November 4: Cosmic Chrome and Impeccable WNBA
2026 Topps Cosmic Chrome Baseball
Topps’ Cosmic Chrome hobby box page lists November 4, 20 packs of 4 cards and “look for autographs.” There is no guaranteed hit. Mars Attacks MLB and Cosmic Dust debut as inserts, and Planetary Pursuits returns. Checklist Insider puts Cosmic Chrome Autographs at 1:136 packs and lists Topps’ presale at $489.99, up from $329.99 a year ago (Checklist Insider).
Before release, retail listings are already far above that presale. Waxstat shows a listed median of $1,049.95 across retailers. Those are asks, not sales.
Why it matters: At 1:136 packs and 20 packs a box, a Cosmic Chrome Hobby box does not promise an autograph. Buy it for the inserts and refractors, not a guaranteed hit.

2026 Panini Impeccable WNBA
Panini’s Impeccable WNBA hobby page lists one 9-card pack per box with an average of five autographs. Checklist Insider and Southern Hobby date it to November 4, after earlier calendars showed October 23 (Checklist Insider). Timeless Moments autographs, like the Paige Bueckers card shown here, are part of the chase.
Why it matters: This is the hit-heaviest box on the board, and it’s the WNBA’s premium release of the window. Confirm your shop’s date, since some listings still show the older one.

Also on November 4, Topps lists the Heritage Football Mega box, a retail format of the October 21 hobby release we covered in our Heritage Football Payton rookie lesson. Stadium Club Chrome UEFA Club Competitions shows November 4 on hobby distributor calendars, so check with your shop.
November 6: Inception Football returns with the NFL license
2026 Topps Inception Football
Topps’ Inception Football hobby box page lists November 6, one 7-card pack and one autograph per box. Fernando Mendoza headlines the rookie class, and new parallels include Gold Electricity and Hot Pink. Checklist Insider says it’s the first NFL-licensed Inception since 2015 and lists the Hobby presale at $369.99 (Checklist Insider). Some calendars show November 4, but Topps’ own page says November 6.
Why it matters: Inception is one pack and one autograph. Your result is decided by one name, so look at the autograph checklist before you buy the box.

November 11–12: Museum, Tableau and Flagship Mega
- November 11 — 2026 Topps Museum Collection Baseball. Hobby calendars list November 11 after it moved off October 7. Check Topps’ release calendar for the final date.
- November 11 — 2025-26 Upper Deck Tableau Hockey. Checklist Insider’s calendar shows November 11. Upper Deck posts its products on its official site, so confirm there before you preorder.

What moved
- Topps Flagship Basketball: late October to November 5. The Mega box is now November 12.
- Panini Impeccable WNBA: October 23 to November 4. Some store listings still show the old date.
- Topps Inception Football: November 6, not November 4. Go by Topps’ product page.
Before you preorder: a format checklist
Bottom line
The November sports card drops center on 2026-27 Topps Flagship Basketball on November 5 and its first official rookie cards of AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and Cameron Boozer. Buy Jumbo if you want a guaranteed autograph, and Hobby if you’re building the set or chasing Hobby-only variations. Cosmic Chrome (November 4) is a “look for autographs” box, so don’t pay secondary asks expecting a hit. Inception Football (November 6) and Impeccable WNBA (November 4) are hit-first boxes. Check the autograph checklist before you buy.
